PARENT & CHILD
FUNdamental Movement Skills

This program introduces basic body movement skills that can help with the growth of your child’s motor skills and balance. They will be introduced to running, jumping, catching, throwing, kicking through instructional and FUN games. This program can also be a stepping stone to prepare your child for a variety of sports. Ages 2-4.

MULTI-SPORT

The main focus with our Multi-Sport program is always on having FUN! We teach multiple sports in a fun and encouraging atmosphere, while teaching the fundamentals of the sport. Classes go through the basic motor skills of soccer, basketball, baseball,  football, volleyball and Dodgeball. Ages 3-6. 

Parent and Child YOGA

This class is a gentle yoga class designed to help parents gain muscle tone, abdominal strength, and flexibility. Parents can stretch their body with their child in front of them. Moms are free to comfort them during the class. Moms are encouraged and guided to involve their child during the class. Ages 0-3.

Parent and Child - Tiny Tumblers

This tumbling program will promote early development and provide a strong foundation for your child’s critical first three years. Your child will develop balance, motor skills, social skills and an appetite for fun! Ages 18 Months – 3.

Mini Olympics

Kids will be able to have fun doing small challenges, obstacle courses, tumble track and games in a relaxed supervised environment. Parents are encouraged to join. Ages 3-6.
