Summer Camps and Clinics

Our programs are created with your child’s success as our primary goal! Kids, Teens & Parents all find that our gym is the Safest, Most Effective and most importantly the Most Fun place to develop new skills and build friendships that last a lifetime. 

We offer a place where kids can run, jump, climb and tumble while participating in our amazing theme camps. For our more serious athletes, our summer clinics will help improve your skills and fitness.


Theme Days

  • Mondays - Ninja
  • Tuesdays - Science Camp
  • Wednesdays - Nerf
  • Thurdays - Superhero
  • Fridays - Cheer Stunt and Tumble


  • 8am - 9am - Arrive and Check in. Included in fees.
  • 9am - 12pm - Cheerleading and Tumbling Training.
  • 12pm - 1pm - Lunch
  • 1pm - 4pm - Camp Themes. All themes will be active.
  • 4pm - 6pm - After care. This is extra.

Summer Camp Schedule

There are four weeks of summer camps starting on July 23rd and running until August 31.

Ninja Camp

Designed to focus on developing kids' motor skills through mobility, balance, power, strength and endurance. We want to create a strong mind and body through fitness in a fun manner. By conquering new obstacles it helps kids develop a positive mindset towards themselves and others.

Stunt and Tumble Camp

Put your stunting and tumbling into a routine. Work on your tumbling skills and get ready for your CHEER season or just learn some fun skills. Record your performance for everyone to see.

Super Hero Camp

We’re bringing back mini-versions of past theme favorites!  You’ll be challenged mentally and physically as you tackle the multiple “puzzles” and obstacles we have in store for you.  This camp will be full of individual, partner, and group games and challenges – don’t miss out on a single one!

Blaster Camp

Blaster Camp is safe, fun and exciting NERF blaster games and battles designed to improve fitness, speed, endurance, quickness and agility NERF games and battles are great for your kids  Kids get exercise and make new friends.  We guarantee that a day of camp will be super fun.

Blaster Camp

Jump right into the science behind sports with this Science of Sports Camp. This day is full of hands-on experiments, fun and games that every child will enjoy. Get ready to hear what they learned!

Back Hand Springs and Flips Clinics

Which is right for you? Are Skills Clinics are three hours of focused tumbling training. Skills clinics have a staff to athlete ratio of 1:6 to allow for quick improvement and hands-on correction.

  1. I am interested in the tumbling clinic for my son (Aug 7,8, & 9). He is 10 years old and is a level 1 competitive gymnast. Are there boys in your classes or is it just for girls?

      We sometimes have boys in clinics. Right now we only have girls. We have male instructors and its’ a great learning experience. I hope to see you there.
